Whether you’re an aspiring cook, a serious foodie or a food enthusiast with an interest in cooking, our weekend cooking workshops are fun, easy to follow and geared toward learning the various techniques of cooking.
Our classes are small, giving each participant a hands-on experience preparing a number of themed dishes, and even includes a trip to the market!*. What’s better than getting a one-on-one lesson in cooking? Eating what you made at the end of each session!

Each session is devoted to a themed module of recipes, held at Kusina ni Milagros in Tagaytay City. These classes can be taken per day or for the weekend for the full experience. We have created two-day workshop sessions which can be taken per day or both days for the full experience.

*PLEASE NOTE: Market trips are scheduled upon request and is an additional cost of P50 on top of the registration fee

What happens in the cooking workshop?
 Each class will have three to four (3-4) dishes to make which they will create for the day. The finished products will then be enjoyed by the class after each session.

DAY 1 will teach students the basics on creating a menu and practice on proper cooking procedure

DAY 2 will teach students intermediate recipes as well help them source out various ingredients through the market trip (available upon request at an additional cost).

How many people are there in a class? 
There are only a limited number of students* per class (6 people max) to ensure that each participant gets a full experience in cooking and learning.

How can i enroll for a class/weekend?
While we have monthly schedules for our workshops, we are also available for private cooking sessions.  If you would like to customize a schedule for your group for a private workshop, please feel free to contact us

1. Once you’ve decided what module session to enroll in, call or email us your details & the desired class and date(s)*.
2. Deposit of full payment within 3 days of signing up./confirming your selected schedule.
3. Email us of copy of bank slip for confirmation registration (subject line: workshop registration)**

*We require a minimum number of confirmed registrants of two (2) people per session for a class to push through. (Max number of registrants is 6PAX per session)
** PLEASE NOTE:  Sending us your deposit slip ensures your slot to the class. For confirmed slots, payments are non-refundable if the participants are a no-show on class day.
