We are strictly a BY RESERVATION private kitchen — no walk-ins allowed (sorry!) as our guests’ privacy is very much part of the dining experience. For oculars, please message us directly so we can confirm the availability of the place.
As we are personally answer each inquiry, we thank you for kind patience — we will get to your inquiry as soon as we can!
*Please make reservations at least three to five (3-5) days in advance. This is to ensure availability of the place, as we usually have bookings made in advance.
1. We encourage our guests to call us directly (0917.465.4617 / 0906.204.3248) or email us ( firstname.lastname@example.org ) to reserve your time and day of dining. Please refer to the menu for any additional orders/inquiries. For our Signature set menus, we require a minimum number of eight (8) people (maximum of 20) for each party.* For our a la carte menu, we have a minimum of 4pax per party.
When making your reservation, please have your pre-orders ready (including drinks) to give to us. This will determine the total of your party’s booking, which we will be emailing to you to process your reservation (or pencil booking).
2. Once we have your information (contact information, date, time and pre-orders), we will send you the total for your reference via email. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to make a 50% deposit (if not full) payment to confirm your spot.

3. Once deposited, please email a copy of the deposit slip to email@example.com. We will confirm with you via email/SMS as soon as we have received the slip. The Reservation is NOT valid unless we receive the deposit slip. We usually give a timetable for guests to get back to us with the deposit slip/confirmation. Should they fail to deposit/ensure their confirmation by that time, the pencil booking will be cancelled and the date will be open to other interested parties.
For confirmed reservations, please note payments are non-refundable if guests are a no-show on the day. We can only refund if cancellations are due to bad weather or technical issues from our end.
